- 1937: Foundation of the company ESAC by Mr François Slakta. Main activity: Tanks and cooling radiators for high-power transformers.
- 1961: Development of the engineering and the production of other industrial equipments, of a new technology for hydroelectric turbines, of the standardization of cooling radiators.
- 1980: Creation of the company ESAC Energie. Activity: Engineering for small hydroelectric plants and other industrial equipments.
- 1988: Creation of the company EUROCOOLER. Activity: Cooling radiators for high-power transformers.
- 1990: CAPITAL INVESTISSEMENT FRANCHE-COMTE, financial partner of ESAC. Acquisition of SUN RADIATEURS (Belgium): renamed EUROCOOLER NV. Activity: Cooling radiators for low-power transformers and distribution transformers.
- 1996: Creation of the company ENERGOTECH (Silesia, Poland). Activity: Tanks for low-power transformers. Acquisition of CMM Industries (quoted on the second market), a sister company of ESAC Activity: Cabinets for electronic components used in telecommunication, computers and office's equipments, from thin sheet metal and aluminium profiles.
- 1997: European partnership between ESAC Energie and the company VOITH SIEMENS (Milano, Italia).
- 2003: Fusion of ESAC and EUROCOOLER in the company ESAC-EUROCOOLER.
- 11/06/2007: Creation of the company EUROCOOLER, takeover of the assets of SA ESAC EUROCOOLER.
- 01/02/2014: Creation of the company EUROCOOLER SAS, takeover of the assets of EUROCOOLER.
- 01/07/2017: Creation of the company EUROCOOLER SYSTEMS, takeover of the assets of EUROCOOLER SAS.
